The landlord will be present upon your arrival. The room has one double bed (140 x 200 cm) and is located within a 5 room private apartment with a balcony on the first floor. The guest room has its own Bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bathtub and shower curtain. Guest WiFi is available. A private underground parking space is also available. The kitchen can be shared. A washing machine and dryer can also be shared. An ironing board, iron and hairdryer are available in the guests bathroom. Towels and bed linen are provided (per week). The bed is 140 x 200 cm, meaning it fits a couple but is not big. If required, an additional room with another bed could be provided (usage can be discussed on site). The landlord is available 24/7 and uses the apartment as a home office. The apartment is very well connected by the U1 underground and streetcar - U-Bahnhof Georg-Brauchle-Ring. The main railway station is ten minutes away by U1, and provides good access to the city ring road for cars.

The landlord is on site 24/7 and uses the apartment as a home office. Unlike other locations, this is really a private apartment where the landlord is present almost around the clock and mostly working. The guest room and bathroom are your safe haven, but your life will take place outside in Munich. Agreed?
keys
The landlord attaches great importance to privacy and security. During your stay, you will be provided with a remote control for the underground parking, a key for the building, a key for the apartment and a key for the room. If these keys are lost or not returned, the security locks will have to be replaced, which will incur a cost of at least €1,000. The landlord reserves the right to request a deposit.
No matter how much it costs, it's a real hassle, so please pay close attention to the keys.
food
No food, No Breakfast is served. Just forget the second B in B&B. You're welcome to use the kitchen and one shelf in the fridge if you like. You'll have to buy everything you need yourself, though. And, just like at home, you do your own dishwashing.

But with coffee, it's a whole different ball game. Feel free to get yourself a black coffee (we have no milk) whenever you like. Everything you need to make a fresh cup of black coffee is there, including the coffee grinder and beans. No machine, by hand.
